There are three types of rocks: Sedimentary,Igneous, And Metamorphic. Igneous is made from an erupted volcano when it cools down. Metamorphic rocks are altered by heat and pressure. Finally, Sedimentary rock is a rock formed from consolidated clay sediments. There are extrusive rocks, and intrusive. Intrusive is made under ground, and extrusive is made out of the ground.
